Weekly Summer Movie Night at Space12
Our KIPP Alumni are demonstrating their leadership in the Austin community by hosting a weekly summer movie event series at the Nonprofit, Space12. The mission of the SHOWDOWN series (i.e. a SHOW is going DOWN) is to bring people of all ages to Space12 to recognize it's purpose as an open community space and provide a positive weekly activity for the community.
Our first event was The Grease Bash. Costumes, dance contests, it was a great time!
